New Listings

Within 10 days before the listing goes live, you can revise the Property Details and Upload Photos sections by selecting the “Edit Response” button in the confirmation email footer. Your property will appear on the MLS within 24–48 hours after you finish all three listing steps below and submit any required disclosures (lead paint, seller, or home inspection). If you need to update the list price or date from the contract, you can do this on the last page of the Property Details form.

Note: You can also find this questionnaire in your Client Dashboard under “Sign Documents,” along with the forms you have signed. We cannot post your listing to the MLS until these forms have been completed.

Start your MLS listing here! It’s best practice to gather your property information prior to starting this step. This includes the living area, tax amount, deed type, covenants, easements, HOA information, zoning, water, and sewer.

The Listing Contract

The Listing Contract

Complete our listing contract and submit your $79 payment. The contract will also ask if you would like it listed as soon as possible or on a particular day. This is the only step needed to extend or renew a recent listing that you have with us.

Massachusetts allows up to 42 photos, and New Hampshire allows up to 40. Each photo must be at least 640 x 480 pixels to be accepted by the MLS system. It’s best to use landscape orientation since it displays better than portrait.

Once you’ve completed all the steps, you’re good to go! We will reach out if we need anything else or have any questions. Otherwise, your listing will go live shortly (typically within 24 hours). You’ll receive an email and text notification as soon as it’s live. Thank you for choosing us!
