New Listings

Within 10 days before the listing goes live, you can revise the Property Details and Upload Photos sections by selecting the “Edit Response” button in the confirmation email footer. Your property will appear on the MLS within 24–48 hours after you finish all three listing steps below and submit any necessary forms sent to you by email (such as lead paint, seller, or home inspection disclosures). Don’t forget to check your email. If you need to update the list price or date from the contract, you can do this on the last page of the Property Details form.

Start your MLS listing here! It’s best practice to gather your property information prior to starting this step. This includes the living area, tax amount, deed type, covenants, easements, HOA information, zoning, water, and sewer.

The Listing Contract

The Listing Contract

Complete our listing contract and submit your $79 payment. The contract will also ask if you would like it listed as soon as possible or on a particular day. This is the only step needed to extend or renew a recent listing that you have with us.

Massachusetts allows up to 42 photos, and New Hampshire allows up to 40. Each photo must be at least 640 x 480 pixels to be accepted by the MLS system. It’s best to use landscape orientation since it displays better than portrait.

Conditionally Required Forms

INSTRUCTIONS: After clicking one of the links below, select your sign-in method, then click the “Fill a Copy” button in the top-right menu. If there’s only one owner, choose “Fill a copy (only you).” If there are multiple owners, choose “Send a copy as a sign request (you and/or others)” and enter each owner’s name and email address. You can ignore the optional fields notice, click “Send Request,” and then check your email to digitally sign the form.

These forms will be emailed to you if needed. There’s no need to fill out multiple copies.
