Complete our listing contract and submit your $99 payment. The contract will also ask if you would like it listed as soon as possible or on a particular day. This is the only step needed to extend or renew a recent listing that you have with us.

Massachusetts allows 42 photos and New Hampshire allows 40. Photos must be at least 640 x 480 pixels to be accepted by the MLS. Avoid portrait-oriented images, and name your photos numerically to ensure a specific order.
