Lisa Berry is the broker and owner of Simply Sell Realty. She became a licensed agent in 2001, earned her broker’s license in 2008, and launched her own brokerage, Lisa Berry Properties, that same year. In 2019 she rebranded the business as Simply Sell Realty.
In 2011 we launched a $99 flat-fee listing at a time when competitors were charging $500 or more. Spotting a chance to simplify and reduce costs, we created a clearer, improved service. While some competitors have cut their prices since then, they haven’t upgraded what they offer—many still use hidden fees or bait-and-switch tactics to draw customers. Since introducing the $99 flat-fee listing, we’ve maintained that price and continue to provide strong value for everyone.
