Lisa Berry is the broker and owner of Simply Sell Realty. She became a licensed agent in 2001, earned her broker’s license in 2008, and launched her own brokerage, Lisa Berry Properties, that same year. In 2019 she rebranded the business as Simply Sell Realty.
In 2011, we launched a $99 flat-fee listing when competitors were charging $500 or more. Spotting an opportunity to simplify and reduce costs, we created a clearer, improved service. While some competitors have since lowered their prices, they haven’t upgraded their offerings—many still use hidden fees or bait-and-switch tactics to attract customers. Although our flat-fee listings dropped from $99 to $79 in 2026, we have consistently delivered great value for everyone.
