Full-Service Listing: Our total commission rate is 3.5% of the net sales price, not to exceed $40,000.
Co-Broke/Buyer’s Agent Commission: We offer 2% of the 3.5% to a buyer’s agent. If the total commission reaches its cap of $40,000, the buyer’s agent commission will then be $20,000.
Buyer Agency Representation: Buy with us and we will credit you $125 per $100,000 at closing, not to exceed $500. If the buyer’s agent commission offered to us in the MLS is less than 2%, then the credit will not exceed $250.
Sell Twice Savings: Sell a second property with us within 12 months and your second listing will have total commission rate of just 3%, not to exceed $40,000.
Our flat fee listings are excluded from any credits or savings.
